As the snow flies once again in Calgary and the Wind whips through the city we find today’s real estate market update to have more listings then yesterday. A good day to view homes for sale since there will be no golfing today.
Today Calgary has 5060 Single Family homes for sale and another 2499 Condos For Sale. This is made up of 1731 Homes in the North West , 992 Homes in the North East , 1415 Homes in the South West , and 914 Homes in the South East. 337 Homes are over the $1 Million mark. Calgary also has 565 Bank Owned or Foreclosures currently listed as well.
