The Calgary Real Estate Market has less listings today then yesterday. Some recent solds, and listings that have expired are the major contributors to todays numbers.
Today Calgary has 4994 Single Family homes for sale and another 2454 Condos For Sale. This is made up of 1711 Homes in the North West , 975 Homes in the North East , 1408 Homes in the South West , and 892 Homes in the South East. 346 Homes are over the $1 Million mark. Calgary also has 573 Bank Owned or Foreclosures currently listed as well.
